Where’s my order?
In order to ship items your items as fast as possible it’s common for items to ship and arrive separately, for example if you ordered stocks or solariums with your EquiVibe.
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email containing your tracking information. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder in case it ends up there. If you still have trouble finding your tracking information, send an email to info@equivibe.com and we will assist you with your order.
